Objective: Develop competence and confidence in teaching skills, as well as, mentoring others in their ability to teach and give feedback.
Description: Eight group learning sessions (1.5 hours each) and two personalized coaching sessions (30 minutes each) over the course of 10 months will guide clinicians through key experiences in teaching and learning including: creating a meaningful learning environment, teaching and caring through difficult conversations, teaching clinical reasoning through visible thinking, assessing performance with formative feedback, effective questioning, and bedside teaching skills. Each session will include instructional support and guided practice.
